How it works:
Our monthly media packages start with a planning session where we assess your needs, goals, timelines, and budget. We work with you to create a loose production plan that guides us month to month.
Quantity vs. Quality:
The content that we produce is based on your priorities, and the quantity of output is determined by the simplicity or complexity of your needs.
Time required for production:
A half day shoot (4 hours) includes load in, set up, recording and tear down. It's a reasonable amount of time to record 1 or 2 short form videos that include an interview or narration with a b-roll session, and possibly sprinkle in a few still photos. All this depends on the length of script or interview, the amount of supporting b-roll shots needed, the speed at with the talent can work in front of the camera, and the set up and tear down time.
We can run a production heavy with multiple cameras, or run fast and light with 1 camera on a gimble and backpack.
It is reasonable to expect 1 video out of a 1/2 day shoot, or 2-3 out of a 1 day shoot. We have produced up to 8 short form videos in 1 full day of shooting, but understand that comes with a very light production value with less than 1 hour each. On the other end of this spectrum, we have individual projects that are produced over several days of production that spans several seasons. It's all up to you.
Cancellation Policy:
Ongoing monthly retainer clients may cancel at anytime. 100% of fees are required at time of booking. Once payment is received, no refunds are given for any cancellations.
Job cancellations within 30 days of production will receive a credit less 25% of fees, plus all incurred expenses.
Job cancellation within 14 days of production will receive a credit less 50% of fees, plus all incurred expenses.
Job cancellation within 7 days of production is a 100% forfeiture and is not eligible for any credit.
