Experience and specialization
There is no substitute for experience on the river. This work is produced by someone who has spent decades on western rivers as a kayaker, rafter, and river guide, not just a photographer who shoots near water.
That background means efficient production in dynamic environments, informed decision-making around safety and access, and imagery that accurately reflects what river experiences actually feel like. Work has been produced on rivers throughout California including the South Fork, Middle Fork, and North Fork American River, the Tuolumne, the North Fork Feather, the Pitt, and others. Current clients include American Whitewater, for whom ongoing video production and YouTube channel optimization are active engagements. Outfitters and organizations whose work has included this photography and video include American Whitewater Expeditions, River Runners, Mother Lode River Center, Aquaglide, Kent Outdoors, and Dagger Kayaks.
