What an ongoing partnership looks like
Every partnership begins with a planning conversation. We look at your goals, audiences, timelines, and internal capacity, then establish a flexible monthly production rhythm.
From there, we work month-to-month, adjusting scope and priorities as your needs evolve.
Partnerships may include:
- Video production
- Commercial photography
- Content planning and light strategy
- Occasional website updates or new pages, when web design is part of the engagement
This is not a rigid package. It is a framework.
What Determines Output
Rather than promising a fixed number of videos, output is shaped by:
- Length and complexity of interviews or scripts
- Number and complexity of locations or setups
- Production style (fast and light vs. more produced)
- Intended use (web, sales, internal, education, etc.)
As a general guideline:
- A half-day shoot often supports one focused video or a small set of assets
- A full-day shoot may support two to three videos
- Simpler formats can yield more output; higher production value yields less
- The goal is usefulness and longevity, not volume for its own sake.
Additional production support (as needed)
Partnerships can scale up when required. Additional crew or services may include:
- Second camera operator
- Producer or production assistant
- Aerial photo or video
- Script development
- Closed captions
- Licensed music, narration, or sound design
- Equipment rental, talent, or travel
These are added only when they serve the project, not by default.
Flexibility and Commitment
Ongoing partnerships are billed monthly and can be adjusted or concluded as needs change.
- Payment is due in advance of each production period.
- Discounted rates are available with either a 3-month or 12-month commitment.
- A minimum three-month commitment is recommended to build momentum.
- Unused production time is subject to rollover terms outlined in the partnership agreement.
- Production time is reserved once payment is received.
When partnerships aren’t the right fit
Some projects are better handled as standalone productions. If your needs are highly specific or don’t align with a monthly rhythm, custom project pricing is available.
The goal is to choose the structure that best supports your outcomes.
